Confirm eSIM support for your exact device model and region. Your device also needs to be network-unlocked. If you are unsure, ask the manufacturer or contact OnePaddy before buying.

Review every included destination, the data allowance, validity and activation information. Network and hotspot information is shown when confirmed for the plan.
Keep your order close
Payment, invoices and order status are handled in your OnePaddy account. When the eSIM is ready, open its service details and follow the installation steps provided there.
Install and activate with the plan instructions
Use a stable internet connection for installation. The time when validity begins depends on the selected plan. Review its instructions before installing or enabling the eSIM.
Ask before deleting an eSIM
Some eSIM profiles cannot be installed again after deletion. If a connection is not working, open a support ticket before removing the profile.
